Ye Olde Family and Friends Renaissance Weekend 2009 

What be thy pleasure? Say "anon" to the 21st century for a weekend of merry making during the 2009 Family and Friends Weekend Renaissance Faire. The Western New England College Campus Activities Board (CAB) is pleased to invite all parents, siblings, grandparents, and friends of students to our campus from Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 18th, 2009 for this annual event. 

Ye shall enjoy psychics, court jesters, mimes, giant games, face painting, and lots more as ye are whisked away to the days of yore! Every lord and lady is guaranteed a wonderful time. We hope your family can join ours for this special occasion.

An informational brochure was sent home, but do not worry if you missed it in the mail, you can download it below! This brochure not only has a preliminary schedule, but also a registration form that can be sent in with payment via mail. Below please find a partial schedule. Check back often while making your plans as we will keep this schedule as up to date as possible.  We have also put together the list of area hotels below. Please make any arrangements early because with so many colleges in the area, rooms sell out fast.

Friday, October 16: Survey Says: You and you're family will have a chance to win awesome prizes by playing the Family Feud and giant versions of your favorite board games!

Saturday, October 17: The Faire starts early and continues through the entire day with psychic readings by mystical seers, Dr. Que's Billiard Trick Shot Exhibition, and the comedy of the Jester Variety Show. Each of the attractions will be staggered throughout the day so you won't miss out on any of the fun.

Sunday, October 18: Before ye fare-thee-well to Family and Friends Weekend 2009, have your fill at brunch featuring medieval entertainment.
