Southwood Hall, the newest addition to our residence facilties, has opened for the 2009-2010 academic year. Located near our athletic fields, Southwood Hall houses approximately 148 students in apartment-style housing. Apartments within Southwood accommodate four students. Each four person apartment contains either two double bedrooms or four single occupancy bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom, kitchen (appliances provided), and a living room.
Southwood provides several ammenities including a meeting/conference room and recreational space. Southwood Hall is supervised by Alision Castellano, Area Coordinator. Her office is located in the main lobby. Parking will be available for residents adjacent to the building.
