Western New England College's residential telephone service consists of one telephone number per room, local and long distance calling and private voicemail services. College telephone service is available upon arrival. There is free local calling and no installation or change fees associated with the service.

The College fulfills its responsibility to notify students through internal systems of communication: the assigned campus mail box, campus-assigned e-mail and/or voice mail. Students are expected to regularly and consistently check their mail. Communication through these formats will be assumed as delivered by the College and therefore received by the student.
