Windham accommodates 170 students (an average of 27 residents per floor) in two person and a limited number of three person rooms with free standing furniture that includes a twin extra long bed, desk, desk chair, and storage space, as well as one microwave-refrigerator unit per room. Rooms are carpeted. The hall is divided into two wings connected by a central facility with a multi-purpose lounge. Residents enjoy recreational space with laundry facilities, vending machines and a kitchenette. The larger three person rooms (L 23 ft by W 12ft) provide "open living space" of approximately 18 feet by 6 feet.
Windham Hall is supervised by Andrew Peak, Residence Director.
