Evergreen Village accommodates approximately 200 students, with priority given to seniors. The complex consists of six person townhouses, with three double bedrooms, that have a full kitchen (refrigerator, range and cabinets), dining area, 1.5 bath and furnished living room. Half of the townhouses have the bedrooms upstairs, while the other half have one of the three bedrooms downstairs. Each unit is fully furnished with kitchen table and chairs, upholstered furniture, twin extra long beds, bureaus, bookcases, desks and desk chairs. The complex has a community center with laundry facilities, recreational and study space, as well as the office of the Area Coordinator, who manages Evergreen Village.
