As a student at Western New England College you have access to all services and resources on campus. Whether you are attending college on the Main Campus or at one of our sites in the Eastern Region all services and resources are available to you. The list that follows highlights just some of the resources provided to you as a member of the College community.
Public Safety (Permit/ID)
Always ready to provide directions or answer questions, the Department of Public Safety is where you obtain your mandatory ID card and parking permit. Please note that a student ID is required to borrow library books and to enter certain buildings on campus. Students must obtain a parking permit decal each year-they expire August 31-and may park only in commuter lots. Click here to download a Campus Parking Map. Health Services
Is located in the Alumni Healthful Living Center and provides Health Services as well as the necessary forms for matriculation.
ASAP
Administrative Systems Access Point allows currently active students to view their grades and schedules via the Internet. All you need to use the system is access to the internet and an active Western New England College email account. Contact the help desk at 413-796-2200 for assistance with your email account or password.
MyWNEC
MyWNEC makes web-based services and information more readily available to students, faculty, and staff. It is a single point of entry for commonly used web applications such as Manhattan, ASAP, and Webmail. Other features include a personal appointment calendar, food service menus, Campus Events Calendars, customizable RSS news feeds, a seven day weather forecast, quick links to College websites, student, faculty, and staff directory, and free software downloads to help keep your personal computer software up-to-date. The portal front page is completely customizable, and because these are all web-based features, they can be accessed from anywhere!
Manhattan (Internet)
Many Western New England College courses provide distance learning opportunities using The Manhattan Virtual Classroom, which is software designed for delivering course materials over the Internet. Manhattan is used in many courses to supplement in-class learning. If your course will be delivered entirely over the Internet, this will be indicated on the class schedule. Visit http://manhattan.wnec.edu for the tutorial, a sample classroom, and to log on to your Manhattan classroom. College Book Store
Conveniently located at the St. Germain Campus Center, the College Bookstore offers one-stop shopping for textbooks, course supplies, newspapers, greeting cards, College souvenirs, and that important before-class snack. Textbooks may be ordered online at www.wnec.bkstr.com. Tel: 413-782-1284
D'Amour Library
The D'Amour Library contains over 115,000 volumes, and has access to thousands of printed and online periodicals. An interlibrary loan program can locate additional materials from cooperating institutions. In-depth research consultation services are available, by appointment, to help students with research and group projects. The Office of Student Administrative Services (SAS)
Office of Student Administrative Services (SAS) Need information about financial aid or student billing? Looking to locate student records or transcripts? Or do you just need to cash a check? The place to address these issues is the SAS Office, which has evening hours. Lower level, D'Amour Library.

Alumni Healthful Living Center (AHLC)
AHLC offers students a place to enrich their lives beyond the classroom. The facility, which opened in 1993, features a fitness center, indoor track, racquetball and squash courts, aerobics room, eight-lane pool, recreation area, 2000-seat basketball facility, wrestling room, and Health Services all under one roof. Membership is available to part-time students. Contact us for current rates.
C-Store and Java City Espresso Kiosk
Our new convenience store is located in the center of student activity on the first floor of the St. Germain Campus Center, right around the corner from the Rock Café. This location offers a wide array of snacks, candy, drinks, grocery, and housekeeping items. Additionally, at the Java City Kiosk, you can enjoy fresh roasted coffees, espresso, lattes, blended Italian sodas, and upscale pastries and desserts. Fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks prepared daily.

Rock Cafe's Food Court Hours
Montague's Deli is open Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Grill Court is open Monday - Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Pizza Court is open Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
The CareerCenter
Located on the second floor, St. Germain Campus Center, the CareerCenter can assist with career planning, occupational exploration, and job search strategies. College Central, the Career Resource website, allows you to post your résumé online and search over three million job listings. Tel: 413-782-1217
Computer Facilities
Hundreds of PCs are available on campus to registered students. You'll find everything you need to write papers, create spreadsheets, explore the Internet, and prepare PowerPoint presentations. The Computer Lab is located
on the third floor, Churchill Hall. Several PCs are also located at D'Amour Library, which is open during extended hours. Tel: 413-782-1613.
Math Center
The supportive tutors at the Math Center will help you get up to speed. The Center offers tutoring and assistance for students in mathematics courses. Herman Hall 307. Tel: 413-782-1692
Writing Center
