Prom Attire Collection Drive: all year
- Donate that unwanted dress, suit or accessories to high school students in the Springfield communities and help them enjoy a great prom night.

Ronald McDonald House Can Tab Drive: all year
Save that can tab! The tab is made of a more pure, high grade aluminum that is very valuable. The RMH sells the tabs to a salvage company for a per pound price. They've raised over $22,000 by selling tabs. Look for envelopes on soda machines around campus, or turn them in to Rose Gage, Service Coordinator, Campus Center room 249B.

Community Service Fair: September
- Meet with representatives from local nonprofit agencies to learn about how you can get involved with the valuable work they do.

- Join your friends and classmates in community service projects that improve people's lives and the community.

Students Serving Students (S3): October-May Mentoring Program with Duggan Middle School
- Become a mentor for a middle school studnet and help a child with reading, homework, and other activities.

Alternative Spring Break (ASB): March 
- Spend your spring break in this
life-changing experience by engaging in service and learning about a social issue.

National Volunteer Week: April
- Members of the College community who have volunteered throughout the year are recognized for their dedication and service. Students, faculty and staff can also learn about ways to get involved with the Springfield community.

Food & Clothing Drive: May
- At the end of Spring semester students, faculty and staff can donate new or gently used clothing items and accessories. Unopened food items are also collected. Past recipients have been Open Pantry Community Services, Inc., Goodwill Industries, the Gray House and the Springfield Rescue Mission.

School Supply Donation Drive: June-August
- School supplies are collected throughout campus for children from low-income families in the Springfield Communities. Past recipients have been the McKinney-Vento Homeless Program (2006) and Freedman Elementary School (2007).
