*Students who select programs of more than 17 credit hours are charged at a rate of $894 per credit hour for each credit hour over 17.

** Freshmen and sophomores normally reside in a residence hall composed of traditional rooms or suites, and they are required to participate in the board plan. Juniors and seniors normally reside in the Gateway Apartment complex or Evergreen Village Townhouses which have kitchens. The charge for these is $6,600 and $8,172 per year without a board plan.

*** Students who choose to reside in a double-occupancy room in Plymouth Complex or Commonwealth Hall will be charged an additional $408. Students who choose to reside in a suite in LaRiviere Center will be charged an additional $828. Students who choose Highpoint double-occupancy will be charged an additional $2,604.

Payment Deadlines

For newly accepted students, a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $100 is required by May 1. New students who plan to live on campus must submit an additional $300 nonrefundable housing deposit at the same time. These payments are credited to the first semester bill.

Tuition, fees, room and board charges for the first semester are due and payable by August 1.

Calculating the Amount to Finance

To calculate the amount a family needs to finance, start with the charges above, subtracting deposits paid and the award amounts listed on the Financial Aid Award Letter, if the award has been made. Do NOT subtract Workstudy funds, as they are not applied to the student account. Financing can be any combination of single payments, payments through a payment plan, or additional parent or student loans, above and beyond the Award Letter. Withdrawals and Refunds

Withdrawing from the College once classes have commenced incurs a financial penalty. Please review the College's refund schedule that applies to your courses. Full-time, undergraduate students are normally enrolled in 15 week courses.
