Spay/Neutering Assistance
Second Chance
Voucher program for low-income pet owners who can't afford to spay or neuter.
These vouchers are accepted at participating veterinarians and through the shelter.

Homeless Cat Project
Alternative to euthanizing those free-roaming cats who you feed but can't adopt.
Since 1998, HCP has captured and altered over 2,800 cats, having a significant
