Manager's Guide to Performance Evaluations

Once you download this guide, please take the time to read through it before beginning to work on the evaluations. It will save you time in the long run.

You will notice that we hae the Administrative Self-Evaluation form on this page. It is included in the Manager's Guide, but we include it (to the right) for the convenience of administrative employees who only need this form.

Also, please encourage your staff to read the Employee's Guide (to the right). It will answer many of their questions annd will also save you time in the long run.
