Forms and Pay Range
Register with CareerCenter Online
- Select “Click here to Register!”
- Type in the name Western New England College in the Find Your Organization search field. Once you have completed your selection press “Continue”.
- Enter your personal and demographical information in the blank fields. All fields marked with an * are required.
- Enter any additional information, then select “Register” to complete your registration.
* Your status will be Pending until you complete your Profile. Follow “Update Your Profile” to submit your information for Human Resources approval. After your account is approved, you may update your profile and post jobs.
Update Your Profile
- Visit CareerCenter Online at www.myinterfase.com/wnec/employer and enter your username and password.

Select “My Profile” to update your information.

Click “Edit” on the section containing the information you want to add or change.

Make the changes, then select “Save.”

Information in “My Profile” can be edited at any time.
Create a New Job

To add a new job, hover over “My Jobs” from the main menu, select “New Job” from the drop down box. Enter all relevant information.
- For Application Instructions give any information regarding how the students should apply for your position.
- For Position Type select the type of job you are creating (ie: Student Employee Work Study – Student Employee Institutional). To select more than one job type hold the Ctrl key down.
- You must select which majors you will accept. By selecting the first box of each school area you will include all of their majors. To be more selective expand the categories by selecting the + and select the individual majors.
Close a Job

To close a job, hover over “My Jobs” from the main menu and select “Job List” from the drop down box. Select the job you wish to close.

Edit the Posting Information section and enter an expiration date for the posting expiration (If you want it closed immediately use yesterday’s date).
Reopen/Repost a Job
- To reopen a job, hover over “My Jobs” from the main menu, select “Job List” from the drop down box. Select the job you wish to open.

Edit the Posting Information section and enter a new expiration date for the posting. (If you want it open immediately use yesterday’s date).
