Health Services Staff
The facility is staffed by nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and a physician. Each of the health care providers has prescriptive authority and all are board certified. The following is a list of the healthcare providers and office staff.
Kathy Reid, MS APRN,BC
Director of Health Services
Kathy Reid is a board certified family nurse practitioner and the Director of Health Services. Kathy provides much of the direct care for women's health and facilitates many health education experiences for students. She is also a clinician at Hampden County Physician Associates with an internal medicine practice.
Mary Paquette, MS APRN,BC
Associate Director of Health Services
Mary Paquette is a board certified family nurse practitioner and the Associate Director of Health Services. Mary provides direct health care to the college community. She is also a clinician in the emergency department at Hartford Hospital.
Kathleen Soltys, MS APRN, BC
Kathleen Soltys is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. Kathleen provides direct health care to the college community and is the administrator of the school insurance policy. She is also a clinician in the emergency department at Wing Memorial Hospital.
Michelle McGrath, MS APRN, BC
Michelle is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. Michelle provides direct health care to the college community.
Lauren Dansereau, MS APRN, BC
Lauren Dansereau is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. Lauren provides direct health care to the college community as well as develops and implements health education for employees and students.
TK Raman, MD
Dr. Raman is board certified in internal medicine and provides direct care to the college community on a part-time basis. Dr. Raman is a proprietary partner and clinician in Valley Pulmonary Medical Associates in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Linda Green
Linda Green is the office manager for health services. Linda is responsible for the daily operation of the office.
Rachael HyndDecoteau, MS PA-C
Rachael Hynds-Decoteau is a board certified physician assistant employed part-time providing direct health care to the college community She is also a full time clinician in the emergency department at Mercy Medical Center.
Mark Dutille, PA-C
Mark is a board certified physician assistant who works at New England Orthopedics and provides direct, more complex orthopedic care to the college community on a part-time, by appointment, schedule.
