The School of Engineering at Western New England College offers an undergraduate major in Biomedical Engineering (BME). We are proud to be an accredited major; ABET accreditation affirms our quality. An outstanding faculty of educator-scholars brings extensive research and industry experience to the classroom, mentoring our students to success. The BME curriculum includes elective sequences in the junior and senior years that allow students to choose from a series of four topically-related courses such as bioinstrumentation, cell and tissue engineering, manufacturing, etc. Students can work with their advisor to develop their own sequence from courses offered at the College. Students can complete premedical course requirements within BME curriculum. Qualified students may choose the Accelerated 5-Year BME & MBA Degree Program or the Accelerated 6-Year BME & Law Degree Program.
