Commencement Weekend 2008
at Western New England College
Commencement Weekend begins Friday, May 16, with the Baccalaureate at 3:00 p.m. Graduating seniors, faculty, and guests will gather in Rivers Memorial for the College Assembly that will highlight top student honors, teaching excellence, senior reflections, and the presentation of the class gift to the College. Immediately following that ceremony the Schools of Arts and Sciences, Business, and Engineering will proceed to separate ceremonies where individual students' academic excellence will be recognized. A reception will follow in the St. Germain Campus Center.
On Saturday, May 17, at 9:30 a.m., Western New England College will graduate students from its School of Law during a ceremony at Symphony Hall in downtown Springfield.
The Undergraduate Ceremony for all students receiving associate's and bachelor's degrees will be held at 2:00 p.m. on campus at the Alumni Healthful Living Center.
Please join us for our Commencement events and ceremonies. They present graduating students and their family and friends with wonderful opportunities to share in this personal milestone.
Note: A Master's Degrees Celebration for all master's degree candidates will take place on Saturday, May 3, on campus at Rivers Memorial Building.
