The CareerCenter partners with faculty and staff to help students. This partnership is forged to always keep in the forefront the needs of students; to assist with development of skills necessary to foster strong career development skills and strategies The CareerCenter also provides career information for freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors; video taped mock interviews and guidance on choosing a major.
- FOCUS-2: Students must self-register in order to use the FOCUS-2 system. As an authorized user, they can access the FOCUS-2 system. To register your class contact the CareerCenter at (413) 782-1560 for more information. FOCUS-2 will help your students develop an accurate picture of thier personal strengths, needs, and preferences; and will help you develop a sound career plan.
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator: The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test designed to assist a person in identifying some significant personality preferences.
- DOWHATYOU ARE®: Human eSourcesTM, is a unique and powerful web-based career and college guidance solution based on the proven science of Personality Type. This program provides you and your students with critical information needed in the counseling process.
- Holland Self Directed Search: The Self Directed Search gives you a two or three-letter RIASEC or Holland Code that tells the relationship between job personalities, key characteristics, college majors, hobbies, abilities, and careers.

Workshops/Seminars
