Business Information Systems 24 credits

Business information systems are at the core of organizations today, from small enterprises to major for-profit corporations to nonprofits. An understanding of how technology is used to manage the organization effectively and compete in the marketplace makes the BIS minor a perfect complement for business majors. Students will learn database management, e-Business concepts and applications of data mining/business intelligence.
Entrepreneurship 18 credits

Students pursuing the entrepreneurship minor will complement their major area of study with an understanding of what is involved in developing new ventures and in managing small and medium-sized firms. The interdisciplinary nature of the program will give students a broad perspective of the business enterprise. This undergraduate minor is open to all students at the College.
