Two Pilgrimages to the Baseball Shrine in 2009 Provide Fun for Fans
Is there any place during the summer that you would rather spend on a Sunday afternoon than Fenway Park? Alumni and friends enjoyed two Sunday afternoons at Fenway in 2009, embarking on Alumni Association Red Sox trips on June 7 vs. the Texas Rangers (view photo album) and July 26 vs. the Baltimore Orioles (view photo album).
Even though the Red Sox lost both games participants had a good time getting reacquainted, both at the game and at the pre-game reception at the Baseball Tavern.
Tickets were sold through Tickets for Charity, and the ticket price included the pregame reception.
