Many of the resources of Western New England College which proved so valuable to its alumni as students continue to provide important services after graduation. The D'Amour Library is available for alumni use, as is the Office of Career and Human Resources. Other resources include the following:

Alumni Association ID Card	Alumni Association ID Card The Alumni Association ID Card allows alumni to use the services and resources designated on campus, including the Alumni Healthful Living Center, computer facilities, and the D'Amour Library. The cost to replace a previously issued ID Card is $20.00. To obtain an Alumni Association ID Card please email alumwnec@wnec.edu or call 413-782-1327 or 800-962-6592.
The Alumni Healthful Living Center	The Alumni Healthful Living Center The Alumni Healthful Living Center rivals the area’s best health clubs. It offers Nautilus(TM) and weight training equipment, wellness and recreation programs, an indoor track, and an eight-lane swimming pool. Alumni are welcome at all hours the Center is open. Please call 413-782-1518 to verify hours or check the College's website. There is no charge for alumni to use the facility. Your Alumni Association ID Card and a photo ID are required for admission. Guest passes for family and friends may be purchased for $2 each from the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office by calling 413-796-2080.
Course Auditing	Course Auditing Auditing an undergraduate course is an ideal way to maintain your advantage in today’s competitive world. Alumni may audit undergraduate courses at Western New England College for $15 per credit hour if space is available. This fee is payable at the time of registration. Graduate courses in the Schools of Business and Engineering may be audited on a space-available basis by an alumnus/a who has completed a bachelor’s or a master’s degree at Western New England College and who also has the listed prerequisite(s) for the course selected. D'Amour Library	D'Amour Library The D'Amour Library serves as a valuable resource to alumni undertaking professional research or expanding their personal reading enjoyment. Simply register at the circulation desk with your Alumni Association Card when you arrive. For more information and hours, contact the library at 413-782-1535, or visit the website.
School of Law Library	School of Law Library A benefit to all College alumni is the use of the School of Law Library. Whether you have a question about family law or business contracts, you will find Western Massachusetts’ only law library an outstanding resource center. Alumni Apparel and Gifts	Alumni Apparel and Gifts Western New England College Alumni Association Apparel offers a great way to show your support for your alma mater. The Communicator	Subscription to The Communicator You will learn about important news events at the College and news affecting the Alumni Association through the The Communicator. Published twice a year, this magazine keeps you connected with the College and with other alumni through Class Notes. Alumni Outlook	Alumni Outlook Newsletter The Alumni Outlook newsletter is published three times a year. It serves as a planning resource to keep alumni informed of upcoming events and recent activities of the Alumni Association. It also provides a vehicle for the nomination and voting of Officers and Awards for the Alumni Association. Alumni of Western New England College will receive the newsletter by mail in January, April, and August. Career Paths	CareerCenter The CareerCenter assists alumni with life-long career planning, occupational exploration, and job search strategies. 	Transcript Requests Your transcript is the official record of all coursework, grades, and degrees conferred at Western New England College. Academic transcripts are ordered through the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office. Law transcripts are issued by the Student Records Office in the School of Law. There is no charge for this service. Federal law requires that we receive your written signature on all transcript requests. Therefore, we are unable to accept transcript requests over the telephone or by e-mail. Transcripts will not be issued to alumni with outstanding financial obligations to the College. For security reasons, transcripts cannot be faxed from the SAS office. Transcript requests can be submitted in person, by mail, or by faxing SAS at 413-796-2081 or 413-796-2067 (Law). Replacing a Diploma	Replacing a Diploma If your diploma is lost or damaged, you can have it replaced by calling the Student Administrative Services Office at 413-796-2080 or 800-325-1122 ext. 2080. (Note: a fee is necessary for this service.)
