Payment Deadlines

For newly accepted students, a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $100 is required by May 1.  New students who plan to live on campus must submit an additional $300 nonrefundable housing deposit at the same time.  These payments are credited to the first semester bill.

Tuition, fees, room and board charges for the first semester are due and payable by August 1.

Calculating the Amount to Finance

To calculate the amount a family needs to finance, start with the charges above, subtracting deposits paid and the award amounts listed on the Financial Aid Award Letter, if the award has been made.  Do NOT subtract Workstudy funds, as they are not applied to the student account.  Financing can be any combination of single payments, payments through a payment plan, or additional parent or student loans, above and beyond the Award Letter.  Click here for further loan information.  Many families budget to use a payment plan for some or all of the required amount in order to minimize the amount of borrowing.

Payment Plans  Click on the link for a discussion of available payment plans to use as part of your financing plan.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Withdrawing from the College once classes have commenced incurs a financial penalty.  Please review the College's refund schedule that applies to your courses.  Full-time, undergraduate students are normally enrolled in 15 week courses.
