Welcome to the e-TOKE, a valuable tool for all students, faculty and staff. The e-TOKE is an online, STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL self-assessment survey which takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and is designed to give you personalized feedback on your marijuana use. All responses are confidential and your name is not attached to this assessment in any way so no one will view your feedback but you. Answering each question truthfully and accurately will give you helpful feedback regarding your individual pattern of marijuana use and how it might be affecting your personal relationships, life and career goals, and your overall health and wellbeing. The results are immediate and can be read online and/or printed out. You can print a certificate of completion if this program has been assigned in a class or as a sanction.
What does the e-TOKE do?
When you access the e-TOKE, you are prompted to enter information about yourself. In addition to demographic information, you will be prompted to enter information about your use of marijuana, spending patterns, and your lifestyle.
After all information has been entered, you submit the form. The information you have entered is then validated and processed. The e-TOKE calculates a number of variables and compares your responses to national and Western New England College norms. Then, your personalized feedback is displayed in an easy-to-read format.
